TELFOR 2013
on the 26th, 27th, and 28th November 2013,
in the SAVA Center, Belgrade, Serbia

TELFOR is an international regional IEEE conference, co-supported by IEEE Region 8, TELEKOM SRBIJA, VLATACOM, Ministry of Foreign and Internal Trade and Telecommunications of Serbia, Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of Serbia, IEEE Serbia and Montenegro Section and numerous other supporters.

TELFOR 2013 MAIN RESULTS

  • 327 submitted scientific and R&D papers;
  • 257 accepted and 68 rejected papers;
  • 10 invited, 233 regular & 14 student accepted papers;
  • 37 regular & 2 student authors’ sessions;
  • 13 special/technical/information sessions of companies/institutions
  • 10 commercial presentations of companies;
  • 15 companies/institutions at the TELFOR’s exhibition, PTT Museum special exhibition;
  • 7-9 parallel tracks each day;
  • 51,3% authors’ registrations outside Serbia, with authors from 35 different countries (surrounding countries, European Union, Middle East, Russia, Africa, …);
  • over 700 authors/coauthors, speakers and presenters;
  • 150 members of Committees and technical support;
  • 139 active reviewers;
  • over 1500 registered visitors and participants;
  • only 5% unexcused no-show authors;
  • all authors/co-authors paid minimum one registration fee per each accepted paper;
  • it was free access/participation for all visitors (non authors);
  • all finally accepted papers are offered to be published in IEEE XPLORE Digital Library;
  • several best papers awards were granted at TELFOR 2013 conference;
  • Open Access scientific publication TELFOR Journal is publishing selected best papers from TELFOR conference with extended and improved results.
